Daniel's Great American Gumbo
I have additional photos on the cooking process and ingredients - Daniel's Great American Gumbo Cooking Instructions
Super Hot Cheesy Dog
As you can see I really love my cheese and well spices too. Check out the amount of chilly on there. This time I decided to go all out and put maply syrup on there too, it kind of goes with the dog.
Silly Sausages
As you may know, I am the cheese lover and the inventor of the usage of the word cheesy beyond cheese contexts. See Cheesy where I try to define my usage of the word cheesy beyond cheese.
Kiwi Food
There are many things I classify as wiki food, although it probably isn't. Here is a classic kiwi meal for me. A bunch of chicken nuggets, here with both satay and BBQ sauce, a bunch of pure shaved chicken (very rare it seems), a couple of medalion hashbrows, a pie, a high quality pattie covered in chilly powder and a slice of bread and butter. And obviously a milk for good measure and a can of dirty dog, because it was good and cheap, just 50 cents per can. Just noticed too, through mistyping, that kiwi is the same as wiki after rotation or swapping two letters.

The Missing Dishes
I have many great recipes that are not shown here. I really need to take some photos when I cook them to show them off.
The one I have perfected the most over the years is my Indian, Butter Chicken recipe. This is getting pretty good and is probably the most stable of my complex dishes.
I have also created a modified stir fry, which is similar to the Great American Gumbo, but more Chinese in style.
Then I have my sweet and tasty chinese-cajun style lemon chicken.
I was experimenting with some orange beef based dishes, but these became too complex, time consuming, and simply produced too many dishes for what they were worth.
